- Support Brand manager in building product development strategies & conduct market research and competitor analysis to – identify market trends and opportunities for brand positioning.
- New product developing by understanding of category, recipes development with R&D department, packaging design, create telling story & brand material…
- Control & report Brand budget usage.
- Responsible for detailed action plan & implementation of Marketing programs/ Brand activities: Consumer promotion, Events/Activation & brand focused projects.
- Develop & manage brand identity. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor & update information of category & market to support Brand manager with related tasks.
- Working location: Coninco Tower, Ton That Tung, Dong Da, Ha Noi
- At least 2 years’ experience in Brand Marketing
- At least 1 years’ experience in FMCGs or Dairy.
- Market research analysis

- Ability to make detailed plans for assigned Marketing programs & complete plans on time

- Create product concept, Packaging/Label design
