I. Job description: 

• Manage, operate and train PG/PB to carry out sales promotion activities and sales consulting at the point of sale
• Manage the PB/PG team (workdays, work schedule, work quality, image, stock report, display report…)
• Train and develop the sales capacity of the PB/PG team in the planned direction
• Implement sales promotion activities at the point of sale & propose appropriate programs to support sales-out activities beyond the point of sale.
• Carry out competitor reports
• Implement assigned activation programs

II. Job requirements:

• College’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years’ experience as same position
• Preferable) 2 years’ experience of FMCG, especially Dairy, Nutritional product, Pharmaceutical, Mom & Baby
• Sales skills & mindset
• Understand consumers behaviors
• Working time: off one day per week
