I. Job Description
- Planning and Management: Develop, modify, and update management standards for Quality and Food Safety in production.
- Compliance and Improvement: Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards; propose improvements for any quality and safety issues identified.
- Preventive and Corrective Actions: Lead preventive and corrective action initiatives related to quality and food safety.
- System Operation: Oversee and manage the operation of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 quality management systems.
- Reporting: Prepare quality and food safety reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Audit and Evaluation: Coordinate responses to third-party and customer audits; lead corrective and improvement actions as needed.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Other Tasks as assigned by management.
II. Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within food or beverage-related departments.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Quality and Food Safety Standards: Knowledge of quality and food safety standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000.
- Production and Quality Control Processes: Understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
- Microbiology and Food Chemistry: Background knowledge in microbiology and food chemistry.
- Risk Management and Hazard Analysis: Strong skills in risk management and hazard analysis.
- Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English.
