I. Job Description

  • Planning and Management: Develop, modify, and update management standards for Quality and Food Safety in production.
  • Compliance and Improvement: Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards; propose improvements for any quality and safety issues identified.
  • Preventive and Corrective Actions: Lead preventive and corrective action initiatives related to quality and food safety.
  • System Operation: Oversee and manage the operation of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 quality management systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare quality and food safety reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Audit and Evaluation: Coordinate responses to third-party and customer audits; lead corrective and improvement actions as needed.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Other Tasks as assigned by management.

II. Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within food or beverage-related departments.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Quality and Food Safety Standards: Knowledge of quality and food safety standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000.
    • Production and Quality Control Processes: Understanding of production processes and quality control measures.
    • Microbiology and Food Chemistry: Background knowledge in microbiology and food chemistry.
    • Risk Management and Hazard Analysis: Strong skills in risk management and hazard analysis.
    • Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English.
