I. Job Description:

Implement training plan & manage training budget
  • Follow annual training plan, work closely with departments to make detail training plan and organize training course as planned.
  • Monitor training budget, suggest solutions and give appreciate explanation whenever training courses are out of approved budget.
  • Frequently update with departments on training plan to make sure training programs are reviewed, revised according to current situations
  • Guideline and collaborate with departments to implement training effectiveness evaluation
  • Evaluate training agencies and update supplier list
  • Maintain training records in compliance with regulations and prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly training reports.
Implement recruiting plan, staff movement (probationary review, transfer, promotion, concurrence position) & and manage recruitment budget
  • Implement Employer Branding, create candidate pool, design test system, assessment method, interview method to screen candidates
  • Build potential pipeline candidate bank
  • Implement recruitment, onboarding, probation review, transfer, appointment/ succession plan, concurrence position strictly follows staffing plan and company regulation
  • Monitor recruitment budget, suggest solutions
  • Make recruitment request, analyze manpower changes and propose appropriate solutions
Manage training & recruitment documents and responsible for audits activities
  • Ensure sufficiency and accuracy of training & recruitment documents and records
  • In charge of activities related to inspection/audit of training, recruitment activities of the Company, customers and government department
  • Responsible for follow up and execute corrective actions (if any) to improve current recruitment & training procedure.
Others:
  • Support the development of recruitment and training plans, including budget planning and management
  • Support the development of training & recruitment procedure/ regulation
  • Support the design and implementation of employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and events (year-end party, company trips, employee conference, International Women’s Day 8/3, Vietnamese Women’s Day 20/10).
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Managers

II. Job requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in relevant HR fields.
  • Preferred experience in training, recruitment, HR documentation management & HR audit activities.
  • Experience in FMCG companies, production factory, and broader exposure to TA/TD functions will be an advantage.
  • Good at English 
  • Logical and critical thinking 
  • Strong relationship-building skills within the department, across departments, and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Main workplace is Hanoi Office & other assigned ones
  • Working time from 8: am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • WFH: max 2 days/ week & in accordance with the WFH policy, as may be amended from time to time
