This is a periodic event organized for employees to create conditions for employees to interact, and solidarity as well as motivate, encourage morale and reward their tireless efforts. The event was held in 2 phases for all employees:

• Phase 1 (June , 2023): In Ha Long, Quang Ninh
• Phase 2 (November, 2023): In Sam Son, Thanh Hoa.

In particular, during the 2nd trip that just took place, in addition to exchange activities such as teambuilding and gala dinner, the sales team participated in a new product introduction session, gaining product knowledge about 2 new products: Nutritional drink Zinzin Grow 100 and a new nutritional product, as well as listening to the enthusiastic sharing of the General Director about the company’s business orientation and the expectation in next stage.
