Notice: SUSPENSION OF SELLING CLIMEAL NUTRITIONAL DRINK ON ECOMMERCE CHANNELS
To: All Valued Customers,
First of all, we would like to thank you for your cooperation with Morinaga Nutritional Foods Vietnam Joint Stock Company (“MNFV”) during this time. By this notice, MNFV would like to inform you of the suspension of Climeal Nutritional Drink product sales in all Ecommerce channels (the “Product”) as follows:

The discontinuation of the above products does not stem from any issues related to their current quality but is part of our strategic plan to enhance packaging, improve product quality, and develop new offerings that better meet the increasingly diverse needs and preferences of our valued consumers.
At the same time, MNFV affirms that this business suspension does not affect any of MNFV’s legal obligations regarding the Products delivered before April 23th, 2025.
This notice supersedes and nullifies the entire validity of Notice No. 21A/TB-MNFV dated March 3, 2025, issued by Morinaga Nutritional Foods Joint Stock Company regarding the labeling update and price adjustment of Climeal Banana-flavored Nutritional Drink and Climeal Vanillaflavored Nutritional Drink.
