On August 8, 2024, Morinaga Nutritional Foods Vietnam Joint Stock Company (MNFV) was honored to receive the award “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2024” by HR Asia Magazine – Asia’s leading prestigious human resources magazine.

This is a prestigious international award held annually to recognize and honor organizations with outstanding human resources policies, top-notch working environments and high employee engagement across Asia region.

The award was conducted by the Organizing Committee through many rounds of evaluation, based on an online survey according to the overall engagement assessment model (TEAM) for the staff, using independent research, expert opinions as well as direct interviews with the leaders of the participating enterprises to select and decide on the award results.

Although 2024 is the first year that MNFV has registered to participate in the HRAA award, the evaluation results of the Organizing Committee for MNFV are quite good compared to the market average.

The HRAA 2024 award presented by the Organizing Committee is a recognition of the tireless efforts in building a positive and happy working environment for all employees. At Morinaga, we always want to bring health and happiness not only to the community but also to our own employees.
